And as expected, gathering with the family on dad's side is never a disappointed but very much full of excitement and kecoh-ness!
And as expected again my family will be the usual suspects to arrive late... thus causing me to MISS the games this time round! Urgh! So unfair.... lol but still we had a great time. And no froggies in the tent this time round.
But then apparently we got ourselves going all the way to bedok and changi airport just to get to the McCafe at ECP. Good job eh nana! >>> Lain kali drive je jgn nak banyak bebual. Let us do the talking and you do the driving. Banyak la ko nye experience padahal da berapa banyak kali ko experience eh.
Hahahhaa and who would have thought after all the driving nana bought the wrong drink cos caramel was supposed to be sweet but it ended up being bitter. And when all was asleep there we were laughing our asses off at all the historic moments of our lives. Kononnye baca doa la tanam tortoise, and the stories coming from nana's great grandmother was so kecohsungguhDOTcom sak!! Kekek seyy, ketawa sampai nak pecah perut aku.
Nonetheless spending time with them is always the best moment and what more the camwhoring session. More pictures here.

Me and nad had this random conversation via email at work. Sometimes when we're bored we would usually chat via email since she cant get any access to msn.
As usual she had to go for another roadshow in the morning till afternoon and we would normally continue once she got back to her office. So we were talking about how fast it has been and that we cant wait till feb 13 which is the last day of internship.
And i was telling her 4 more freaking weeks already but she refused to believe that it's 4 but instead less than 4 since it's already the 20th today. Haha selenger nya. So yea and than we randomly come out with an idea that we should all meet up for dinner after the last dat but this time round a dinner buffet instead.
Totally random right. and so we ended up thinking about sakura international buffet since we cant think of anything else. And we're so engrossed in the convo that it seems like we're gonna be having the buffet like tmr or something.
And there she was telling me after that that she just made a cup of milk tea which tasted like pantat according to her. Hahaha well 3-in-1 tea always taste bitter that's why sometimes i add a little sugar in it. and then another random moment from me.
While emailing i suddenly have this sudden craving for YAMI yogurt >> guess it's all because of jeremy's display pic on facebook. Ggaahh!!!
I just felt like snapping my fingers and hoping that it will appear right in front of me at that point in time. And then nad too had this craving for something sweet like doughnuts and soup. But apparently she changed her mind to fried kway teow at far east.
So we both ended up having a really really really random meet-up at far east for dinner to fulfill our cravings and then down to ps for the yami yogurt quest!!
Gosh cant tell you how satisfied i was. And i ended up with a bloated tummy. Luckily i managed to get a seat in the train halfway through the journey home. Hahaha good times good times (:

Just wanna say congrats to the three of my dear cousins for finally getting their O levels over and done with.
To amirah, congratulations adik on getting good results. You're now qualified to go to any school in fact. Told you o level results can be very unexpected.
And to the both of you it's ok cos we all know you've worked hard for it. It doesnt mean that you've fallen but it can be one that serves as a good lesson for you to work even harder in the future. In the meantime just forget about it and think of what's ahead for you and hopefully you will both make the right choice.

Well i was intending to post this blog few days ago but i was tooooooo llllaaazzeeeee. Yeap anyways here's wishing my babe S a happy birthday. Yes i know im late cos your birthday was on the 7th. Went back to school on the weekends. Gosh i miss that place. Was there on saturday to help out for the open house. Ytd at work i was doing the usual stuff like i always do without knowing that it was a special day. I totally forgot about it for the first time in my life. Guess i was too busy with going to work everyday and thinking about other stuff. Anyways i rmb about it at my workplace but i couldnt sms her at that point in time since there's no value in my phone.
But dad bought home a cheesecake from Polar [her usual favourite] with some drinks and snacks. Had a mini doa selamat for mum but i dont know why i wasnt in the mood for it. I know it's wrong but i just dont feel good at that point in time. I was having some mix feelings about various stuff that has been going through my mind in which i myself cant figure out what it is or why. Still i had respect for it.
So anyways to ibu >> Happy 46th Birthday! May you be blessed with well wishes and be loved all year long and also have a long life.
Still having the mix feelings and i still cant figure out what. Managed to update myself with a few of the current songs in my mp3 and i have to say this. Im currently addicted to the song Superhuman. I just love that song and if you wanna know, like seriously i've been listening to that song since last night when i went to bed till now, even when im blogging. I dunno why but the song kinda suits the current mood that im experiencing now. Not that i already know what's going on in my head but yea.
From the moment i stepped out of my house this morning to work till i got back home, that's the only song that's been playing over and over again in my mp3. Even in the office too. Just cant help it. So to those of you out there, go listen to it. Very soothing and touching (:

Started work again on friday after much slacking. Haiz back to work. Chatted with some of them online and boy was is super duper hilarious. Haha everyone seems to be in their own world la. Started out with the well you know la ar then mich ask whether wanna meet up for dinner later. So i asked who's gg but apparently she was asking around. So i suggested to her why not you add ppl to the convo and then we can discuss. Hahaha so yeap this is when all the nonsensical stuff started.
All the one-letter-by-one-letter post, the juhguigsdkjfgah post, the blank-space post, the darling/dearie post and as usual the orange blink3 post that they cant get enough of. Lol and i spent most of my time on there when i should be doing some work. Gosh! Random posts are the usual kind that i'll always see when it comes to chatting with 03.
So after that i asked her again who's gg since i wasnt sure whether i am. And the convo goes like this
Me: So who's gg? Mich: u rau sufian jer zarir. jo and kenn still deciding Me: Huh im gg? Mich: Yes you ar Me: Since when? Hahaha Mich: Since i decided. lol

3.30 am. Yeap that's the time i got home yesterday.
Thanks guys for going out and meeting me and the rest down at marina. Well even though only the usual suspects were there that night, i had a great time spending the last few hours of 2008 with you. I must say it's a little sad for me having to leave 2008 behind cos i really really had a wonderful 2008 especially being with my friends and what more being in school probably for the very last time.
But watching the fireworks last night or to be more accurate this morning at 12 midnight sharp was the best and greatest of all. And the hug was sweet with you naddy! Pictures doesnt stop even after the fireworks ended. I loved the fireworks and i wish there was more but still it was satisfying (:
Met up with them at around 7pm actually and dragged a little cos some or maybe 1 was late. Had dinner first down at marina sq fc and then went over to one fullerton where we sat and chilled for 2 hours before the countdown. Jeremy, Joseph and Zarir came later that night. So much for the surprise huh jo! Lol played a little of the card games since we're bored with nothing to do. And guys stop it sak with the orange bling-bling! thingy ok. Dont think i dunno it's somehow related to me also ar. Hahaha.
Then after all the fireworks display they decided to walk from one fullerton all the way to orchard cine. Wtf! And i was wearing heels but it wasnt that bad but halfway through i realised my heels started peeling off cos of the way i sat down earlier on. Dang it! Now i have to buy new heels - well im already intending to haha just waiting for the money to come!!! Urgh! Another excuse to buy more heels hehehe XD
Haha then there was a funny bit as we were walking. Zarir was kinda telling us about this ghostly story and mich was beside him. Me and nad were ahead of them and nad helped carry his cardigan. And we didnt know it actually slipped off from her bag so it fell to the ground. So mich started screaming and jumping when she saw the cardigan on the floor, stepping onto it. So apa lagi me and nad also started screaming and running forward but nad's reaction was even more impactful than mine. Hahahaha nad kekek sak! But then we realised it was just his cardigan. Haiz.. haha took the night rider home then and good thing the stop wasnt that far from home.
So yea it's the beginning of another New Year! Happy 2009 everyone!
